We’re proud to work in association with Access For All UK — expert consultants who live and breathe accessibility, and deliver Changing Places training as part of our comprehensive service.
The installation of your Changing Places facility is an important step towards creating an accessible destination and attracting the ‘purple pound’, but it’s just the beginning.
Promoting your facility throughout each stage of the customer journey to your venue as well as engaging potential users and service providers in the wider community are also key elements.
That’s why we’ve developed a one-day workshop in partnership with Access For All UK — focussed on understanding the needs of disabled people and their companions and the barriers they may face when visiting your venue.
The workshop also covers practical tips on caring for, promoting and marketing your facility and your broader accessibility, locally and nationally.
Delivered on-site to all relevant staff and representatives from the wider community, the session will help to ensure that Changing Places are at the heart of your destination’s accessibility.
Working in partnership we will help you to create an action plan that will increase visitor numbers, enhance your bottom-line and help your new Changing Places facility to change lives.
